Spiritual Headship

Jesus Christ is the Head of Crown Collective Global Ministries.

All authority, leadership, governance, and ministry operations are submitted to His lordship and exercised in obedience to the Holy Scriptures and the leading of the Holy Spirit. The Ministry exists to advance the Kingdom of God as the supreme governing authority over all creation, and every leadership function operates in alignment with this divine order.

Spiritual Oversight Leadership

Spiritual Oversight Leader (SOL)

Crown Collective Global Ministries is spiritually led by its Spiritual Oversight Leader (SOL), who serves in an apostolic capacity as the guardian of the Ministry’s doctrine, vision, and Kingdom mandate.

Founder & Spiritual Oversight Leader: LeTonya F. Moore

The Spiritual Oversight Leader is entrusted with:

  • Preserving doctrinal integrity and theological fidelity

  • Stewarding the vision and long-term spiritual direction of the Ministry

  • Providing apostolic and prophetic oversight

  • Ensuring alignment across all integrated auxiliaries and ministry initiatives

  • Confirming teaching, commissioning leaders, and safeguarding the spiritual DNA of the Ministry

The SOL serves under the authority of Jesus Christ and is accountable to the Holy Scriptures, the Ministry’s Statement of Faith, and established governance safeguards.

Biblical Leadership Framework

Crown Collective Global Ministries operates under the Five-Fold Ministry model as set forth in Ephesians 4:11-13. This biblical framework ensures the maturity, unity, and effectiveness of the Body of Christ and provides spiritual order for leadership development and Kingdom advancement.

The Ministry recognizes the following leadership functions:

  • Apostolic Oversight – vision, foundation-setting, and spiritual governance

  • Prophetic Alignment – discernment, intercession, and directional clarity

  • Evangelistic Outreach – proclamation of the Gospel of the Kingdom

  • Pastoral Care – discipleship, spiritual nurture, and community shepherding

  • Teaching Authority – sound doctrine, biblical literacy, and leadership training

These functions operate collaboratively to equip believers for service and influence in every sphere of society.

Board of Directors & Fiduciary Governance

Board of Directors

Crown Collective Global Ministries is supported by a Board of Directors, which serves as the Ministry’s legal and fiduciary governing body.

The Board of Directors is responsible for:

  • Financial oversight and stewardship

  • Legal compliance and risk management

  • Accountability and ethical governance

  • Strategic counsel in support of the Ministry’s mission

The Board operates in accordance with the Ministry’s bylaws and applicable laws governing ecclesiastical organizations.

Limitations of Authority:
The Board of Directors does not possess the authority to alter, amend, or contradict the Ministry’s Statement of Faith, core doctrine, or spiritual mandate. Spiritual authority, doctrinal interpretation, and theological direction remain under the responsibility of the Spiritual Oversight Leader.

Integrated Auxiliaries & Ministry Alignment

Crown Collective Global Ministries oversees a network of integrated auxiliaries and aligned initiatives that advance specific aspects of its Kingdom mandate, including leadership development, humanitarian outreach, justice-centered ministry, and community care.

All auxiliaries:

  • Operate exclusively in furtherance of the Ministry’s religious mission

  • Remain under the spiritual authority of the Spiritual Oversight Leader

  • Function within the governance framework established by the Ministry

  • Maintain alignment with the Statement of Faith and Kingdom purpose

This integrated structure ensures unity of vision, doctrinal consistency, and faithful stewardship across all ministry expressions.

Accountability, Integrity & Stewardship

Crown Collective Global Ministries is committed to the highest standards of spiritual integrity, ethical leadership, and financial accountability.

The Ministry maintains:

  • Biblically grounded leadership accountability

  • Financial oversight and annual internal review processes

  • Conflict-of-interest safeguards

  • Responsible stewardship of all resources entrusted to the work of the Kingdom

These measures exist to ensure transparency, trust, and faithful administration in accordance with biblical principles and legal requirements.

Legal Status & Compliance

Crown Collective Global Ministries is organized and operated exclusively for religious purposes as a church and ecclesiastical body under Section 508(c)(1)(A) of the Internal Revenue Code.

The Ministry does not participate in political campaigns, does not endorse or oppose candidates for public office, and does not operate for private benefit. All activities are conducted in furtherance of its religious mission and Kingdom mandate.
